Users are able to access the user management features in a sequential order, from the top of the list down to the bottom. This ensures a structured workflow in managing user permissions and assignments.

Add User: Admin can add new users to the system.
Delete User: Admin has the capability to remove existing users.
Assign Organization: Admin can assign users to an organization.
Assign Devices: Admin can allocate devices to users.
