Add User: Admin can add new users to the system.
Delete User: Admin has the capability to remove existing users.
Assign Organization: Admin can assign users to an organization.
Assign Devices: Admin can allocate devices to users.
Assign Rooms: Admin can assign specific rooms to users.
Assign Plants: Admin can designate plants to users.
